Order Processing

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated U.S. Delivery

Most United States orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume periods, or an incorrect shipping address can affect delivery.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information can take up to 72 hours to update after dispatch.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products might arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Delayed or Missing Orders
